This is a desert the whole family will enjoy
Apple-Cranberry Crumble
3 Cups peeled, chopped apples
2 Cups fresh cranberries
1 Cup granulated sugar
1 Cup rolled oats
1/2 Cup packed brown sugar
1/2 Cup all-purpose flour
1/2 Cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup (8 tablespoons) butter or margarine
Preheat over to 350 F. In greased shallow 2-quart baking dish combine apples, cranberries and granulated sugar. In medium bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour and pecans. Sprinkle oat mixture over fruit. Dot with butter. Bake35-45 minutes or until fruit is tender and topping s browned.
Yelid 6-8 serving
