Healthy Blueberry Smoothie

Here you have a very quick and simple smoothie that all will love in your family

1 serving, about 2

Here are the ingredients you will need:

1/2 cup nonfat or 1 percent lowfat milk ( You can  use soy milk or almond)
1/2 cup non fat plain yogurt
1 cup frozen blueberries (unsweetened)
1 teaspoon honey

Directions
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

And there you have it a very simple and healthy smoothie enjoy
